Byword on the Street
Byword Smith is a young comic and writer
located in Prince Georges County, MD. Truer than an innocent man
in a lie detector test, he loves vocabulary and communication
and is exhilarated by people who speak their mind. Whether or
not he agrees is important, but secondary. His personal interests

City Slickers
The neo-Nazi's were protesting in Washington DC the other day.
The thing is, there were so many anti-protesters that the Nazi's
needed police protection. The stupid thing about the Nazi's is that
they protest against the people that help them protest. The police
in DC are made up of all sorts of types of people: black, asian,
latino and white.
Nate the Nazi:"We don't need you Latinos! We don't need-OWWWWW!
Officer Sanchez did you see who threw that rock?"
Officer Sanchez: "I didn't see anything, Senior."
In other news, the mayor of Detroit, Kwame Kilpatrick, was caught
cheating on his wife after using a government cell phone and government
money on his excursions with his mistress. Now if he's going to
go through the fraud of cheating on his wife then one would think
he'd work a little harder at it. Maybe use his own money and go
somewhere that nobody will be...like a cornfield in Northeast Iowa
or something. Nope, he was using office budget money and taking
trips to obvious places, like Disney World.
Kwame (on the phone): "Baby meet me in front of that big shiny
globe in the middle of the park...nah we won't stand out...we'll
have our Mickey Mouse ears on, remember?"
Kwame was also caught throwing parties in the Mayor's Mansion.
Not dinner parties with finger foods, martini's and politicians
raising money for schools-this fool had white tigers, forty ounces,
pole dancers, and Flava Flav.
A survey came out that says Detroit has the lowest high school
graduation rate of any large U.S. city. Well, they still have one
glimmer of hope-a kid may not become a doctor or lawyer...but if
they wanted to, they could still be mayor.
