America Saves Holds The State Of Black America: Saving And
Building Wealth Address And Forum Tuesday - February 23rd In
The Nation's Capitol.

Release) Some
of the most influential thinkers, political pundits, corporate
heads,educators, religious leaders and entertainers, will gather
on Howard University’s campus for the State
of Black America’s (BAS) Address on Saving and Building
Wealth during Black History Month.
This unique national financial literacy address is open and
free to the public.
The program will include a formal presentation, and a critical,
intense and much needed forum on building wealth.
The goals for the address are simple, but bold: to raise awareness
of the importance of financially strong communities, to promote
greater participation in saving and wealth building and, by doing
so, to strengthen not only the African American community but
America! BAS State of Black America: Saving and Building Wealth
will examine hard-hitting truths about the issue of saving and
wealth building. It will also address how educators, politicians,
corporations, religious leaders, entertainers, sports figures
and finally, American citizens can influence wealth building
behavioral changes among African Americans.
